Recent training assignments

A sample of recent consultant training assignments undertaken by Ian Benjamin:

1. An Accounting and Advisory firm
To assist the Partners, Senior Associates and Manager of the firm to undertake business development within their existing client base. Further, to help change the the perception of the firm (by its clients).

2. Consulting Business Unit of 150 Engineers in a corporatised utility business
As part of the process of managing change, to assist in the development of a consulting culture within the organisation.

3. Marketing Consulting firm
Enabling the consultants to move towards a more collaborative approach in their relationships with clients. The objectives were to ensure greater client commitment to the success of projects, to avoid problems and to maximise the prospects of repeat business.

4. Telecommunications firm
To assist the internal consultants build their profile and win more business within their firm.

5. BHP Steel - Newcastle
Prior to the steelworks closing in 1999, Ian ran 20 workshops for the engineering, HR, finance and other professionals who were considering self-employment as either consultants or contractors.
